Refund Policy

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms for all purchases made through Sculpt & Glow Academy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions.

1. Machine + Course Package Policy (No Refunds)
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our educational material and the category of equipment sold, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances.

This applies to:

  • The body sculpting machine
  • All accessories, attachments, manuals, or tools
  • The online training program
  • Access to course modules, forms, guides, or digital content

Once purchase is completed and access or order is confirmed, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

2. Defective or Damaged Equipment Policy
Although refunds are not offered, we stand behind the condition of the equipment.

If your machine arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, you must notify Sculpt & Glow Academy within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photo/video proof.

If verified, the equipment will be replaced or repaired at no cost.
Refunds are not issued — replacement is the only remedy.

3. Warranty Disclaimer
Unless a separate warranty is provided or purchased:

  • Equipment is sold as-is
  • Warranty applies only to manufacturer defects
  • Misuse, improper handling, and unauthorized repairs are not covered

4. Final Sale Agreement
By submitting payment, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

✔ No refunds will be provided for the machine or training program
✔ No cancellations or chargebacks are permitted
✔ Replacement — not refund — is the remedy for defective products
✔ Access to course materials constitutes acceptance of this policy

Before enrolling, students will be required to check a box confirming their understanding and acceptance of the Final Sale & No-Refund Policy.
